The Group sets out a disciplined capital plan across media, technology, luxury and real estate for the year ahead.
CHUKWUDERA Holdings has published its operating priorities for 2026, built around a simple premise: fewer, deeper bets, executed with operational rigour. The Group will concentrate capital behind businesses that already demonstrate durable demand, while continuing to incubate a small number of early-stage platforms.
Across the portfolio, the emphasis moves from formation to compounding. Each subsidiary now operates against a three-year plan with its own capital envelope, hiring plan and governance cadence, reviewed quarterly by the Group.
"We measure ourselves in decades, not quarters," the Group leadership noted. "That does not make us slow — it makes us deliberate about what we choose to build and who we choose to build it with."
The agenda also formalises the Group's approach to shared services: brand, legal, finance and talent are coordinated centrally so that each operating company keeps the independence to innovate without rebuilding the same infrastructure four times.
