Company overview
Properties is the hospitality and real estate division of CHUKWUDERA Holdings, established to acquire and develop assets held for decades rather than traded through cycles.
We underwrite on fundamentals — location, build quality, income durability — and place equal weight on architectural standard and the contribution a development makes to the neighbourhood around it.
The division is assembling its initial pipeline. Its first companies have not been announced yet, and more will be added over time.
